A tutorial showing how to search for gene sequences online using the
National Center for Biotechnology Information database. The video also
shows how to use Blast searches to find the annealing sites for PCR
primers, and to determine how to predict the size of PCR products. This
was an exercise in the freshman biology course at Ashland University.
